We will also introduce "Amazake" a traditional summer drink which is a huge trend in Japan right now. Hakkai Brewer's Amazake is a pioneer in the industry, and this seminar is the very first place showcasing it in NYC.

Attained SSI Sake Sommelier, and Fermentation Professional from Japan Fermentation Association. Travel around the world to promote Hakkaisan and teach various topics about sake and koji mold fermentation such as Amazake, Shio Koji, Soy sauce, Miso, and more.
