In this hands-on workshop, learn how to make Wagashi from scratch, with Tomoko Yagi of T.I.C Restaurant Group. All students will be given their own work station and tools to create and taste their creations in class, and re-make them with confidence at home.
Wagashi (和菓子 wa-gashi) are traditional Japanese confections that are often served with tea, especially the types made of mochi, anko(azuki bean paste), and fruits.
